Alexander has worked with exercise and health for over 10 years. He has experience with early rehabilitation and prehabilitation of cancer patients at Haukeland University Hospital, and currently works with rehabilitation for both cancer and obesity at WeCare Trondheim. At the clinic, he has both individual follow-up, training groups and teaching in a number of topics. Alexander's main competence is the use of physical activity and training for increased physical fitness, function, quality of life and health. In particular, he has immersed himself in training before, during and after cancer treatment. In addition, he has expertise in other fields that he teaches at the clinic, including sleep, stress, nutrition, motivation and goal setting, cancer-related neuropathy and more.

Has worked for a large part of my working life with children and young people in the specialist healthcare service, and has clinical experience in general medicine, surgery and infectious medicine. Started working at the LHL clinics in Trondheim in 2017. Long experience as a supervisor in cancer, morbid obesity and muscle and skeletal rehabilitation. In addition, he has experience as a supervisor in occupational rehabilitation at the LHL clinics. In 2020-21, I worked for a period as a nurse at the Obesity Clinic at St. Olavs Hospital, and have acquired relevant experience that can be used towards the rehabilitation offer in WeCare Trondheim. Certified MI supervisor in 2022.

WeCare Trondheim offers interdisciplinary specialized rehabilitation during the day for those who have, or have had, cancer, struggle with musculoskeletal disorders, or are overweight.
